Booking & Inquiry
You can book online through our website, by phone, via WhatsApp, or through our Line Official Account. Our team is available Monday–Saturday, 09:00–19:00 to assist you.
Our team responds within 24 hours (Mon–Sat). Inquiries sent outside business hours will be answered on the next working day.
- ID card or passport

We are open Monday–Saturday, 09:00–19:00. Appointments can be scheduled in advance and we try to accommodate your preferred time.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing depends on the type of treatment and number of sessions. View our pricing on the Services page or contact us for a personalised quote.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) at the clinic.
Packages are valid for 3 months. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we will find a suitable time for you.
This depends on your insurance policy. We can issue receipts in Thai and English for reimbursement claims. Please check with your insurer in advance.
Yes, package sessions require payment before the first session. If you overpay, the balance will be refunded through your preferred method.
Before Your Treatment
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first visit, to complete a brief health intake form.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows movement and gives the therapist access to the area being treated — sportswear or gym clothes are ideal.
You can eat normally, but avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before your session.
Yes, parking is available at the clinic for all patients.
During Treatment
Your therapist will take a full health history, assess your symptoms, test muscle strength, range of motion, and movement patterns, then create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your goals.
Physiotherapy should not cause significant pain. Some muscle soreness or tension may occur initially when rebuilding strength or mobility. Your therapist will always adjust the intensity to your comfort level.
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, depending on your treatment programme.
Absolutely. Your companion is welcome. The therapist can also guide them on home exercises to support your recovery between sessions.
We use modern physiotherapy equipment including Ultrasound, TENS, Shockwave Therapy, Dry Needling, and rehabilitation exercise machines.
After Treatment
Yes. After every session your therapist will recommend home exercises and precautions, and summarise your progress. The treatment plan is adjusted regularly to match your recovery.
Yes. You can message us via Line or WhatsApp with any questions about your condition between sessions. We will respond during business hours.
We set clear goals together from the start and track progress at every session. You will notice improvements in pain levels, range of motion, and quality of life.
Of course. You can book at any time — whether for continued treatment, a progress check, or preventive care.
