486/2 Moo 3, Sala Dan, Ko Lanta, Krabi 81150, Thailand Open Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Orthopedic physiotherapy treats and rehabilitates problems of the bones, joints, muscles and tendons — such as knee osteoarthritis, frozen shoulder, tendinopathy, or stiff joints after a cast or an accident.

The aim is to reduce pain, restore range of motion and rebuild the muscles around the joint, so you can walk, work and do the things you enjoy. If you have recently had surgery, please bring your surgeon's instructions and any restrictions.

Frequently asked questions

When should I start physiotherapy after surgery?

It depends on the type of surgery and your surgeon's instructions. Many people can start early, within the limits the surgeon sets. Bring your surgeon's notes and contact the clinic beforehand about your case.

Does physiotherapy help knee osteoarthritis?

Exercise and physiotherapy are a first-line recommended treatment for knee osteoarthritis and help reduce pain and improve walking. See the article below for when to see an orthopedic doctor.

How many sessions will a stiff joint after a cast need?

It depends on how long the joint was immobilised and how severe the injury was. Your physiotherapist will give you a plan and an estimated number of sessions after the first assessment.

What should I bring?

Any X-ray, MRI or doctor's reports you have, and comfortable clothes that make the treated area easy to reach.

Can I claim the cost from insurance?

The clinic issues insurance claim documents right after payment. Coverage depends on your policy.
